While not too many details on what enhancements the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S release of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot will be getting, Bandai Namco has released a comparison screenshot between the PS4 and Xbox One versions against the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions. Bandai Namco has stated that the DLC is set to be a “complete reproduction” of the Bardock: Father of Goku TV special. Starring Goku’s father Bardock, the DLC is titled Additional Scenario: -Bardock- Alone Against Fate. Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is coming to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series XS on January 13, 2023.The next-gen version of the game will arrive with enhanced graphics and support 60 FPS. Experience the story of Gokus father, Bardock, who fought alone against his fate in this New Story Arc.
The first DLC part of Season Pass 2 has been revealed. The new-gen versions and Season Pass 2 are both set to release in 2023. The publisher has also revealed that Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. Bandai Namco has announced that Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot will be getting a second Season Pass, featuring three new story DLC.
